四、APU交付条件
（一）实物和文件均按“现时、现状”状态处置，2台APU均无任何修理报告及其他文件，可单独也可以打包投标。
（二）交付地点：（略）
（三）出口报关、运输均由买方负责，如有要求，金鹏航空可酌情配合，但费用应由买方承担。
（四）APU均已包装在木箱中。
（五）若购买方为中国境内的买家，则需明确报价是否含税。
（六）买方应在签署购买协议后的5个工作日内，向卖方支付所有购买价款，买方确认收到所有款项后放行。
（七）APU购买合同由买方准备，且要求尽量提供中英文两种版本。
