3)自2018年1月1日至2023年12月1日（以合同签订日期为准），投标人所提供的投标产品应至少具两项在中华人民共和国境内新建乙烯装置中同类工况下的供货业绩（升级、改造及替换业绩无效），每项业绩中应同时包含：①大于等于8寸，压力等级大于等于2500lb的超高压蒸汽角阀；②大于等于2寸，压力等级大于等于1500lb的间歇性排污角阀。
