2.2建设规模及内容：本建设项目包含厂房建设和生产线建设两部分。项目从退役锂离子电池中提取镍、钴、锂等有价金属生产硫酸镍、硫酸钴、碳酸锂、新能源材料三元前驱体等高附加值产品。主要建设内容有原材料仓库、产品仓库、三元前驱体车
间、退役电池预处理车间、浸出、除杂车间、萃取车间、钴、镍、锰盐蒸发结晶车间、碳酸锂车间、气体吸收塔、水处理与回
（略）、配电站、（略）、中心分析室、机修车间、（略）、围墙、绿化、管网等公辅工程设施。本项目主要购置设备
反应釜、（略）、离心机、压滤机、干燥机、混批机、电磁除铁器、真空上料机、吨包机、破碎机、磁选机、气流分选机、反应槽、萃取槽等生产设备，采用先进的共沉淀工艺，实现新能源材料三元前驱体的自动化生产;采用电池破碎分选、湿法提取工艺，综合利用综合回收循环利用退役锂离子电池。项目用地面积66680.7㎡，总建筑面积约49578平米。项目建成、全面达产后，实现资源化利用退役离子电池2万吨/年，三元前驱体生产5000吨/年。
2.3招标范围：本项目（包含厂房和生产线全部建设内容在内）的方案设计、初步设计（含工程概算）、施工图设计、项目前期工艺设计资料（配合安评、环评、能评等）、施工至竣工阶段全过程设计技术服务和协助生产线调试等服务。
2.4设计周期：100日历天。
2.5质量要求：满足国家及地方相应现行规范要求并通过相关主管部门审查。2.6标段划分：设计1个标段。
